Orders are shipped UPS GROUND, additional options and upgrades are available for an additional charge (below).
Automatically calculated shipping charges are for USA UPS ground only! Alaska and Hawaii will occur additional shipping charges (see below).

Priority Processing is available. The shopping cart automatically calculates UPS ground shipping charges, as other shipping methods vary greatly! We will adjust that rate based on the priority processing requested. For heavy and large items such as cake pans, paper goods and bulk ingredients the shipping costs may be significantly higher than quoted. Please use the UPS rate calculator for additional shipping rate estimates. In most cases we will ship from Postal Code 45069.

Please read this as it is very important:
Order cut-off time is 8 am EDT. Orders received after that time may not be processed until the following business day. Please note, even if ordering next day service, it may still take us 1 - 3 business days (or as indicated on the individual products page) to fill your order.
Saturday is not a regular delivery business day.
Please always include a "required by date" on your order.

Sorry, we can not ship to APO, FPO and other military addresses.

Canada has a US $50 order minimum, other International Orders have a $75 order minimum (excluding shipping charges) and usually take 1 - 2 months to receive.
International orders will only be shipped to the credit card billing address.
We do not guarantee a specific delivery date as that varies by country. All International Sales are final!! In addition, International Orders also have to pay duties (taxes) in the recipients country. These duties are normally collected by the delivery company and vary by country. Buyer assumes all risk of breakage, damage must be reported to the carrier at time of delivery.

Individual Cake Kits (BC-ICX-CK-???) can NOT be shipped outside the US.
