You may enjoy the color spreads where the pies decorate or interact with the art or you can skip right to the often-original pie recipes. Some are elemental, like Fresh Peach Pie. Others are creative, but still simple, including Maple Sugar and Cream, and Upside Down Fried Pear. A few are production numbers. Sweet Cheese and Raspberry, and Chocolate Caramel Hazelnut Pies look worth the effort.
