I own several Best of the Best cookbooks but this seems to be the one I reach for the most. I am not from Texas but lived there for several years and it brings back memories of some of the foods I ate there. Rating: - A wonderful Mixture of Fine Texas CuisineThis cookbook is the finest book I've come across with down to earth Texas Cuisine. That I remember from my early childhood.
