 Rating:  - Must haveIf you are a junk food junkie like me, and you need to extremely reduce the fat in your diet to lower cholesterol or other reasons like me. This is a must have book. With the help of this book and others like it, I was able to lose 25lbs. in five months (and keep it off), and I lowered my total cholesteral by 56 pts.! By using these recipes, I was able to "pig out" and still achieve my goals. I didn't feel cheated out of not having junk food. I also read labels...lots of labels and didn't eat anything that had more than 4% total fat in it. Rating: - Whole grain and low cal! YayI love this book and I've been playing with the different recipes! I'm very happy with it. Rating: - Good tasting AND healthy!I just purchased this book and now want to order other "Fat Free Secret" books. These are terrific for Weight Watcher members or anyone on a low fat diet. The author explains how to make moist muffins, cookies, breads etc with none of the fat...just using a few "secret" techniques. I just finished making the Brown Sugar Banana Muffins and they were excellent! Each large muffin had 2 WW points, and they turned out much better tasting than any store bought diet products with none of the food additives either! Rating: - Buy this book!I just bought this book. I have made 2 receipes already. They got very high remarks from everyone. People commented that they could not believe it was fat free. They were not sugary sweet either. I put too much coffee in the Mocha Cake so it turned into some very decadent brownies that people are going crazy over! I love how she breaks out for each receipe how many calories and fat grams, etc are in each serving. This book comes very highly recommended from one who loves to bake.
