 Rating:  - Wonderful Book!!I got this book over 10 years ago and have tried many of the recipes. Every one has turned out fabulous. If you can follow simple directions, you can make a delicious cheesecake!! I just found out that she has a newer book called I Love Cheesecake and I really want to get that one too! She gives lots of good information on why you do certain things. Rating: - Cheesecake ExtraordinaireGave one to my son years ago and he enjoyed it so much, wanted one for myself. Unable to purchase in a store so was very happy to be able to find on Amazon. It's a great cheesecake cookbook. Sorry I didn't have it years ago when I was doing more entertaining. Rating: - Glad to find this againI had this book in hardcover form, it help me a ton of times when I was asked to bring desserts to holiday parties, I had almost made all of them except the ones in the liquor/ beverage section Then I loaned it to a friend and.....you guessed it I never got it back. I am happy to see it here and very happy to have it again in my hands (no I don't plan on loaning it out again!!) Rating:  - Good Cheesecake book.The only issue is that I would like to see all the recipe pictures to have a better idea about the recipe. Thanks.
