Also, the ingredients are simple, instructions easy and the pictures mouth-watering. A terrific cookbook for those with little time! Rating: - WONDERFULRose Elliot is one of the only cookbook authors I'll buy in hardback, rather than waiting for a paperback to come out. This, like all her others, is full of appetizing, interesting, and unique recipes that work every time.
