 Rating: - Very nice addition to any baker's kitchenFinally, no more nylon bristles falling off into the food or in danger of being melted! This brush is comfortable! The long, soft-grip handle makes it versatile enough for every situation, whether you are buttering up a hot oven full of fresh biscuits or spreading delicate glazes. I noticed the placement of the bristles really pick up liquids well. (Amazon reviewers of other silicon brushes have mentioned that they have to pour the liquid on the food before brushing it around.) The bristles are soft and won't leave impressions on dough. Like many other baking tools, this brush has a removable head. Unfortunately, that's the reason I am reducing the rating by one star. I prefer my tools to be of solid construction, to avoid the growth of bacteria and/or losing the head of the brush. All in all however, I'd buy this brush again, especially given Amazon's affordable price and reliability.
