 Rating:  - Love it! This will replace my pizza stone!After doing lots of research, THIS is the pan to get! I needed the "CHIANTI" color, so I had to buy it at a local kitchen store. You will enjoy this pan as you can brown your pizza toppings (shrimp, chicken, etc.) then use the same pan to bake your pizza. I also got the MB Pizza wheel to avoid scratching my pan. This WILL replace my pizza stone. Rating: - Good pizza in your own home.I have used this a few times with great success I force m wife to take a picture of the pizza that I create with this wonderful pizza pan. You can't tell it came out of a home oven. I look forward to finding more uses for it. It was a great purchase since I live in a suburb with very poor pizza. To bad I cant sell the pizza I make with this stone ! Rating:  - great pan with a poor handle.After reading reviews about the fragile handle..i still ordered believing not all customers get poorly packed stuff. But i got the same chipped sides and broken handle one. The pan was heavy and perfect to bake pizza and also for south indian dosa. But if u dont mind a pan without a handle ...u can go ahead and order it...I dont know if anyone from amazon reads the reviews about this product...if they have done so, i might have got a cool product. I have already returned it. Rating: - DOA but want another oneAnother one with a broken handle upon delivery. However I was very impressed with the quality - this is a heavy item that appears to be very well made - just be careful with the handles. I liked it well enough to order a free replacement, but it is a shame that it is not packaged better.
