It arrived in immaculate condition and it arrived much quicker than I'd expected as well. As far as what it is - a pizza stone and a wood peel. The materials are high quality, the peel was nice and soft, with no splinters or anything. Very pleased with this purchase. Rating: - GREAT SET FOR GREAT PIZZA MAKINGBought this set after many years of homemade pizzas in deep dish pans. Too high in carbs so we thought about a pizza stone for thinner crust pizzas. This set works GREAT. Heat the stone for 20 minutes while the dough is rising on the peel and you're layering your ingredients. Then slide it onto the stone for 20-25 minutes. GREAT PIZZA, just like a wood-fired pizza cafe!!! Rating:  - Pizza Stone and Peel SetArrived very fast and am looking forward to using it for a long time.
