I could have exchanged it, but the sheet felt light and flimsy, not sturdy, like I expected it to. There are NO specs on the label -- how could I know this was the same product that is advertised here?? I sent it back. Rating:  - Good Stainless Baking SheetI was looking for a simple and sturdy baking sheet. This was one of the only ones I could find without insulationg layers or non-stick coating. To me it hard to beat a good solid stainless steel baking sheet surface and that is what this is. Rating: - Well made heavy gauge stainless steelThere isn't much to say as this is a simple product, but it works great. The heavy gauge is especially nice as it makes for very even cooking. Stainless steel is the only way to go for oven-ware in my opinion.
