 Rating:  - Great Pan!!I just love this pan. Good quality pan. In fact I love all the springform pans. Didn't realize how great these pans were until I had to get on a Gluten Free diet. All of the recipes call for the use of these types of pans. I'm sold. My never go back to traditional ones. Why? The foods so easy to get out of the pan. Rating:  - Doesn't leakThis is my first springform pan because I always heard that they tend to leak, but other reviews stated that this pan didn't. When I got this pan, I saw an approximately 2 mm rust spot on the bottom of the inside of the pan, so I'm not sure how long the coating will last. I baked a cake in it and it didn't leak. The fit is very snug once the sides are locked. You can serve the cake on the base, but I would advise using a paper liner just to make sure you don't scratch it. Rating: - Great panNorpro 9 by 9 Inch Nonstick Square Springform My wife used the pan to make cheese cake for Christmas dinner it worked great, no leaks. Rating: - Good valuePan cleans up well and square shape made it easier to cut even portions for guests!
