 Rating:  - Wonderful for small jobsGreat for small jobs: dicing an onion or slicing a tomato. Rather than pull out the bigger version, this one allows for quick work, easy clean-up, and no-skid. Rating: - Quickly became my favoriteAs soon as this board was added to the rotation in my kitchen (which includes another "grippy" plastic board by a different manufacturer as well as several sizes of wooden boards), it became my favorite. It's always the first one I reach for. It's a very handy size, big enough for some serious chopping but small enough to handle and store easily. It grips the counter top well and has a good "feel" under the knife. It seems to be holding up better than my other plastic board, which quickly became noticeably scratched, scarred, and stained. This one receives at least twice the use, yet still looks at least twice as good. Rating: - I have twoI purchased one board, then another a year later. It's just the right size for an onion, herbs or fruit. I don't worry about minor scoring from sharp knives--it cleans up easily in the dishwasher although I often handwash depending on what I have been cutting. The smooth surface is better than some that are rough because you can sweep minced items off the board without the blade catching. I only wish the groove (on one side) were a bit deeper to prevent meat juices from running off but It's fine for small items like tomatoes. Rating: - Great product. Doesn't warp and non slip, for the most part.This cutting board is very good. With enough warped cutting boards to shake a stick at, I was pleased to find this one. Plus it is non-slip on a dry surface, of course. Definitely a good deal for the price.
