Excellent! Buy 2 pans if you plan on making any as most recipes will make 2 dozen or more standard sized madelienes. I got perfect results with these pans, I use 'PAM for Bsking' spray instead of buttering & flouring each shell which saves time & they clean up beautifully. Wash by hand, don't put in the dishwasher. I also bought 2 of the smaller mini-madeline pans by the same manufacturer & highly recommed those as well.

I bought this to make Madeleines for a school project. It works great. No problem with sticking. The Madeleines are so attractive and yummy, that we now make them for parties. They are a hit.

These pans work very well- I have no complaints... we'll see how they hold up over time but for now very pleased.

Great Pan.....watch out Starbucks...(I LOVE their Madelines). Would be best to purchase 2 pans or it takes a long time with only 1. I am getting another. Julie
