Crafted from heavy-weight aluminized steel, which combines the durability, strength, and superior heat conduction of steel with the corrosion-resistance of an aluminum-silicone alloy. Coil-coating, a heat-application process, is used to bond Dupont's SilverStone no-stick coating to the metal. This state-of-the art process, used in manufacturing major appliances, means the rolled metal is coated at peak temperatures over 700ยบ F. Each pan is then formed from the quality-assured coil-coated roll. Unlike low-temperature sprayed or dipped coatings which are applied after other pans are stamped out, coil-coating assures strong, long-lasting adhesion and consistent, even coverage--there are no bare spots to rust or stick.  Rating:  - Head over Heels!!!These mini loaf pans are to die for. I think they are absolutely great. I use them every time I bake(once a week). They are the perfect size and always exceed my expectations. If your in the market for mini loaf pans these are the ones to buy. All you have to do is spray the pans with non stick spray and then add the batter and when they are done making they slide right out. Very easy clean. Highly recommend. Rating: - Great Little PansThese are great pans. I purchased four packs of four to make mini-loaves of quick bread to sell at art fairs. So far, they are great. They heat evenly, and are really high quality. The only drawback is that the corners can be difficult to clean. Quick shipping and since I ordered four sets, I received one free. Rating: - I've become a Chicago Metallic Bakeware FanThis was my first purchase with this company. When the pans arrived I thought they might be too small for the intended purpose. The zuchinni plants are really producing and I've been making bread. I've been making a double batch in two bread loaf pans but after gaining several pounds, I wanted to make smaller loaves I could freeze. These worked perfectly. My double batch makes 4 nice loaves. Also loved the way the loaves just slip out of the pans. The cooking time was also less with the smaller pans. Winner all around. Rating: - Great Loaf PansI discovered chicago metallic pans a few months ago when I saw some reviews on the jelly pans on amazon and then saw them at marshalls department stores for 1/2 the price they were selling them here. Now, I am a huge fan of chicago metallic now and have replaced almost all my other pans with this brand. I bought these mini loaf pans and love them. They are truly non stick and easy to use. I have made individual sized meatloaf, banana bread and even carrot cake in these. The only small problem is that the inside corners of these are a little hard to clean, so I suggest soaking them first.
