 Rating:  - Farberware cookware is great and reasonableI haven't had a double boiler in ages and am so glad I finally purchased one from Amazon. Some probably use their double boilers as an alternative pan to cook in, but I don't. I use it strickly as a double boiler and I own a microwave too. In my opinion, you can't go wrong with Farberware products and you won't have to sell the family jewels to own a whole set either! Rating: - Great product for the priceIt is cheap but works well. It's thicker than I expected. You can use two pieces together but you can use them separately. In fact, I use them separately more often rather than together. In that way, you have two sauce pan! Rating:  - 2-4 the price of 1I was really happy with the classic dbl boiler. Very well made product didn't feel cheap and it was like getting two pans for the price of one. Perfect size for rice or veggys. Very happy with the saucepan. Rating: - Great little panThis double boiler is just the right size. It cleans up nicely and isn't to big. The pan that holds the water is can be used for other things also. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a double boiler. I love it.
