 Rating: - An American FeastI was really amazed at how many different types of recipes were in this book. It has everything from Southern dishes to Chinese dishes. It had many new ideas for the adventureous cook. If you love to cook or eat, this is the book for you. The instructions are simple and the ingredients are easy to find. The tips you learn in this book, are invaluable to creating the perfect meal. Regardless of the amount of time you have to prepare a meal, you can find what you need in this book. I own a lot of cook books, and 'An American Feast' is by far the most versatile and flavor rich. Don't miss out on this one.
