 Rating:  - I don't like nonfictionI just finished this book and can say all the bad reviews, you people just have it wrong. This is a great read about John and Jennie's life with Marley. I laughed and cried through this entire book. Marley is quite something. His fear of thunderstorms didn't suprise me. I had a dog as a kid with this same kind of fear. He was afraid of hot-air balloons in the same way too. My heart was in my throat when he was comforting Jennie. He was a gentle giant with his "siblings". And his last days were very hard for me to read through the tears. I've had a couple dogs in my life and it never gets easier. If you love dogs, recognize the author is human, understand some dogs are highstrung, and you want to laugh and cry this is the book for you. It's a easy read and fast too. I'll defiantly keep this on my bookshelf. For someone who just isn't interested in nonfiction works, I took a chance on Marley & Me and I'm sure glad I did. Please read it. Rating: - I loved this book Having labs I could totally relate to this book. It had me laughing and crying. A great book for any dog lover. Rating:  - Great book for dog ownersThis book made me laugh out loud and cry - which is the first time a book has had that type of impact on me! I got my first dog two years ago, so I could absolutely relate to the stories in the book. It makes you realize and appreciate the bond between dogs and owners. I would recommend this book to all dog owners! Rating: - OH MY!!! AWESOME BOOK!You will laugh, cry, laugh even harder, and cry maybe a little more. I loved this book, and admittedly I wanted a dog just like Marley after I read this book! It was such a great book that made you understand a dog a little better and that you should never give up on your animals. No matter what. If you are a dog lover, I know you will love this book. And even if you aren't you will still love this book! John Grogan is a wonderful author and I WILL read this book over and over again! A wonderful tribute and a nothing but honest truth about the Life and Love with the World's Worst Dog.
