Brownie Cutter Set
Each set consists of two cutters; one for the length and one for the width of the pan. The first cut is made with one side of the cutter blades down. The second cut is made by turning the cutter over. These operations are repeated for cross cutting using the other cutter unit.
Stainless steel blades cut 1 1/4" deep, blades are mounted every 2 inches and cut 12 pieces for 24" length and 8 pieces for 16" width, 96 total.
Uniform cuts of exact size and weight are controlled from the lightest to the heaviest types of pan baked products.
